About approval of the Regulations on the Integrated information retrieval system of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine

According to articles 10 and 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.10.2006 No. 1383 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", of 20.12.2006 No. 1767 "About approval of the Comprehensive program of prevention of offenses for 2007 - 2009" and for the purpose of enhancement of information and analytical ensuring operational and service activity of bodies and divisions of internal affairs of Ukraine, increase in efficiency of its use in prevention of offenses, disclosure and investigation of crimes, search of criminals I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the Integrated informatsionnopoiskovy system of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To department of information technologies (Burzhinsky V. A.) provide submission of the order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
