Approve the Operating procedure of department of customs payments of regional customs, customs in case of control of correctness of determination of the country of goods' origin which move through customs border of Ukraine, and decision makings about determination of the country of goods' origin which is applied (dalsheporyadok).

2. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 28.12.99 N 864 "About approval of the Regulations on department of customs payments of regional customs, customs of direct subordination, customs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.01.2000 for N 50/4271.
