About approval of the Regulations on the public inspector in the field of housing and communal services

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About housing and communal services", Item 13 of the Regulations on the State housing-and-municipal inspection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.09.2008 of N 798, and for the purpose of determination of the legal basis of activities of public inspectors in the field of housing and communal services and assistance to work of the State housing-and-municipal inspection (further - Goszhilkommuninspektion) I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the public inspector in the field of housing and communal services which are applied.

2. (O. V. Mazurchak) together with Legal management of Minzhilkommunkhoz (I. I. Krylov) to provide to Goszhilkommuninspektion provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure for state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister - the chief Goszhilkommuninspektion O. V. Mazurchak.
