Order of registration and removals from registration accounting in territorial authorities of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation of insurers - legal entities in the location of separate divisions and physical persons

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure is developed according to article 2.3 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 N 255-FZ "About compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, Art. 18; 2009, N 30, the Art. 3739) also determines rules of registration and removal from registration accounting in territorial authorities of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation * the insurers specified in Items 2 and 3 of part 1 of article 2.3 of the Federal law "About Compulsory Social Insurance on Case of Temporary Disability and in connection with Motherhood".

2. According to this Procedure are subject to obligatory registration as insurers:

1) legal entities in the location of their separate divisions having separate balance, the settlement account and charging payments and other remunerations for benefit of physical persons;

2) the physical persons which signed the employment contract with the worker.

3. The insurers specified in Item 2 presents of the Procedure along with registration as insurers on compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood are registered as insurers on compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases.

4. Data on each insurer registered in territorial authority of Fund according to this Procedure are reflected in the database (the register of insurers) of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.

II. Registration as insurers of legal entities in the location of separate divisions and physical persons

Registration of the insurers specified in the subitem of 1 Item 2 presents of the Procedure is performed by territorial authorities of Fund for the location of separate division based on the statement for registration as the insurer of the legal entity in the location of separate division in the form provided by Administrative regulations of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in registration and removal from registration accounting of insurers - legal entities in the location of separate divisions, the approved order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2011 No. 1052n (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 24, 2011 N 22382), submitted in time no later than 30 days from the date of creation of separate division.

Registration of the insurers specified in the subitem 2 Items 2 presents of the Procedure is performed by territorial authorities of Fund for the residence of physical person based on the statement for registration as the insurer of physical person in the form provided by Administrative regulations of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation on provision of the state service in registration and removal from registration accounting of insurers - the physical persons which signed the employment contract with the worker approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2011 No. 1054n (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 24, 2011 N 22381), submitted in time no later than 10 days from the date of execution of an employment agreement with the first of the hired workers.
