Article 1

The this Protocol determines bases of implementation of data transmission of customs statistics of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade in goods of custom union (further - statistical data of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade) in the Center of customs statistics of the Commission of custom union (further - the Center) the authorized bodies of the Parties responsible for provision of data in the Center.

Article 2

Authorized bodies of the Parties perform preparation and forming of statistical data of foreign trade and statistics of mutual trade for transfer to the Center according to single methodology of maintaining foreign trade statistics and statistics of mutual trade.

Data transmission of foreign trade statistics and statistics of mutual trade of the Parties in authorized bodies in the Center is performed according to Specifications of data transmission of foreign trade statistics and statistics of mutual trade (further - specifications).

Specifications are developed and affirm the Commission of custom union in coordination with authorized bodies of the Parties. Specifications shall contain necessary requirements to formats of the transmitted data and transmission media of data according to the list of indicators of foreign and mutual trade provided in Article 4 this Protocols.
