1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization of activities of Directorate of the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange under the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Determine that Directorate of the International industrial fair and Cooperation exchange under the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Directorate):
is independent legal lipomas and it is created in the form of the state company;
it is financed by the commission fees levied in case of registration of agreements (contracts) signed within the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange for services in assistance to business entities in the conclusion of agreements (contracts) for delivery of self-produced products, grant means of the international financial institutions and the donor organizations, the sponsor's help, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
3. Place Directorate in the building of JSC NVK Uzekspotsentr to the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Amir Temur, 107.
