About approval of the Procedure for the organization and conducting checks of subjects of managing which use water resources or perform economic activity within lands of water fund

According to the Water code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" and the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine on water economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.06.2007 of N 882, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and conducting checks of subjects of managing which use water resources or perform economic activity within lands of water fund which is applied.

2. To the acting as manager of the legal sector (N. Vitryak) and to the head of department of complex use of water resources and monitoring (O. Lysyuk):

provide submission of this order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

provide control over the implementation of the order by bodies of the State committee of Ukraine on water economy.

3. To bodies of the State committee of Ukraine for water economy:

observe requirements of this order;

to perform holding actions of the state supervision (control) of subjects of managing taking into account requirements of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.05.2009 N 502 "About temporary restrictions concerning implementation of actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity for the period till December 31, 2010".
