About approval of Rules of rendering services in the organization of driving of vehicles through paid highways public of federal importance, to paid sections of such highways

According to article 40 of the Federal law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering services in the organization of driving of vehicles through paid highways public of federal importance, to paid sections of such highways.

2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 27, 1999 N 973 "About approval of Provisional rules of the organization of operation on paid basis of federal highways and road objects and Provisional rules of cost determination of driving through paid highways and road objects and uses of the means levied for journey" regarding approval of Provisional rules of the organization of operation on paid basis of federal highways and road objects (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, N 36, the Art. 4406).
