In pursuance of part one of Item 45 of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and the conducting checks approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2025 No. 227, and based on subitems 9.3 and 9.6 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the State Control Committee approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2008 No. 647, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about methods and methods of implementation of checks by bodies of the State Control Committee it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this order on vice-chairmen of the State Control Committee (according to distribution of obligations), chairmen of the State Control Committees of areas, chairmen of the interdistrict State Control Committees, chiefs of managements of Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee on areas, across the Minsk region and Minsk.
