About approval of the Regulations on ensuring protection of the state secret during implementation of control functions by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine

According to article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state secret", Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 384, and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the state control by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine at the companies, in organizations and the organizations which activities are connected with the state secret establishments of single procedure for access for employees of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine to these objects and providing the relevant regime activities of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on ensuring protection of the state secret during implementation of control functions by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine (further - the Provision) which is applied.

2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) together with the regime and confidential sector (Buger G. P.) to submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. In organizations and the organizations which activities are connected with the state secret to provide to chiefs of head departments of the Pension fund of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol under the organization and conducting checks by bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine at the companies unconditional observance of requirements of the Provision.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
