According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.12.2009 No. 1309 "About establishment of surcharge to allowances to the separate categories of persons having special merits before the Homeland" Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 No. 1261, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve surcharge Payment procedure to allowances to the separate categories of persons having special merits before the Homeland which is applied.

2. To legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) together with department of provision of pensions (Mashkin V. G.) to submit this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Nikitenko V. S.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
