About approval of the Procedure for departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles

According to article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles which is applied.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 1992 No. 47 "About approval of samples national and international certificates of the drivers and documents necessary for registration of vehicles" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1992, No. 3, Art. 57; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 49, the Art. 3212) changes which are applied.

3. To the state committee on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision, other central executive bodies to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with the Procedure approved by this resolution.
