For the purpose of ensuring protection of interests of the personality, society and the state in the information sphere, creations of conditions for further development of national segment of the global computer Internet, improvement of quality and availability of information on activities of state bodies, other organizations and Internet services provided to citizens and legal entities:
1.1. republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs, other state bodies and the state organizations, and also economic societies concerning which the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial unit, having shares (shares in authorized funds), can determine the decisions made by these economic societies (if other is not determined, further – state bodies and the organizations) shall place information on the activities on the global computer Internet (further – the Internet) on the official sites of these state bodies and organizations or on the corresponding pages of the official sites of higher state bodies and organizations (further – the websites);
1.2. state bodies and the organizations provide creation, functioning and systematic updating of the websites with use of information networks, systems and resources * national segment of the Internet **, placed in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and registered taking into account requirements of Item 3 of this Decree;
1.3. the websites of state bodies and organizations are created in the Russian and (or) Belarusian languages, and if necessary also in one or several foreign languages. The state organizations performing export of products out of limits of the Republic of Belarus in addition provide forming of the language version of the websites in one or several foreign languages;
