1. Establish rates for services in transit oil transportation on system of bulk distribution lines of the republican unitary enterprise "Gomeltransneft Friendship" and Novopolotsk republican unitary enterprise for transport of Friendship oil for the territory of the Republic of Belarus without the value added tax according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2009 No. 19 "About rates for services in transit oil transportation on system of bulk distribution lines on the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 31, 8/20443).
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2010.
