1. Approve Regulations on procedure of control by law-enforcement bodies over the technical durability and the equipment the fire and security alarm system of the objects and rooms storing drugs, their analogs, psychotropic substances and precursors it agrees приложению*.

2. To heads of department of security guard and patrol service and protection of public order, Head department of prevention of offenses, Republican combining "Protection", first deputy of Head department of criminal investigation department and fight against terrorism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, chiefs of the 1st and 2nd Departments of MIA, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, chiefs of the Department of Internal Affairs of areas and city of Tashkent:
within this provision to provide broad application of practice of control of the objects and rooms storing drugs, their analogs, psychotropic substances and precursors together with bodies of health care;
take effective measures for inadmissibility of intervention of financial and economic organization activity.
3. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
