According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About drugs and psychotropic substances" and "About licensing of separate types of activity" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in two weeks in coordination with State commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan on office behind drugs to approve members and regulations on commissions of experts on preparation of the conclusions about issue of licenses for the occupation right by the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors;
till October 1, 2003 to provide, according to requirements of this resolution, issue of licenses to legal entities for the occupation right activities for import (export) of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
3. Determine that the legal entities who are performing in accordance with the established procedure import (export) of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors and did not obtain licenses at the scheduled time lose according to the legislation of the right to import (export) of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 25.02.2022 No. 88
5. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 29, 2001 No. 56 "About licensing of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001, No. 1, the Art. 7).
