1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appointment of carriers of civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for accomplishment of regular international flights according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Provision according to article 74 of the Air code of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes procedure for appointment of carriers of civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan for accomplishment of regular international flights.
