1. Approve the Technique of determination of the minimum and maximum intervention price of subject to the state price regulation which is applied.
2. Declare invalid paragraph two of the deciding part of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 399 "About approval of the Technique of establishment of the minimum purchase price on separate subjects to the state price regulation and the list of such objects for 2005/06 marketing year" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 22, the Art. 1215).
