According to part ten of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" and the Regulations on passing of military service by the military personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 27.12.2007 No. 1262, I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on passing of medical examination in the Security Service of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To provide to the chief of Military-medical management of the Security Service of Ukraine submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. To acquaint staff of the Security Service of Ukraine with this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on passing of medical examination in the Security Service of Ukraine

Section I. General provisions

1.1. The regulations on passing of medical examination in the Security Service of Ukraine (further - the Provision) are developed according to part ten of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" and the Regulations on passing of military service by the military personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 27.12.2007 No. 1262.

1.2. The provision determines procedure for passing of medical examination in the Security Service of Ukraine (further - the SSU) in peace and wartime candidates for military service for the SSU, candidates to revenues to training for the highest military educational institutions of the SSU and higher educational institutions which have military educational units of the SSU with programs of training of citizens to positions of faces of officers (further - VVUZ), cadets of VVUZ, the staff-military personnel of the SSU and members of their families, the former military personnel, persons liable for call-up who serve in war reserve or are intended for completing of positions on the corresponding military specialties during mobilization, and also procedure for determination of causal relationship of diseases (wounds, injuries, contusions) with passing of military service.

1.3. In this Provision terms are used in the following value:

the military-medical commission (further - VVK) - the special military-medical body in health care system of the SSU as a part of specialists doctors intended for performing medical examination;

physical examination - complex of medical actions which is performed when performing medical examination and includes studying of history of development of symptoms of disease (anamnesis), objective inspection (survey, palpation, auscultation) and supplementary methods of inspection (laboratory, tool, etc.);

medical examination - complex of scientific and methodical, organizational and practical actions which is performed by VVK in peace both wartime on studying and assessment of the state of health and physical development of persons at the time of medical examination for the purpose of optimum completing of divisions of the Central management, regional bodies, bodies of military counterintelligence, educational, scientific, research and other institutions, organizations, educational military unit of the SSU as a part of other higher educational institution, the Headquarters of the anti-terrorist center under the SSU (further - bodies, divisions, institutions of the SSU) staff, establishments of causal relationship of diseases (wounds, injuries, contusions) with passing of military service or accomplishment of obligations of military service and adoption of the expert opinion.

Content of other concepts and terms which are used in this Provision is determined by Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care.

1.4. Medical examination is performed on informed consent of person.

Section II. The military-medical commissions in the SSU

Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. Medical examination in system of the SSU is performed by the permanent regular and non-staff VVK created in institutions of health care of the SSU:

The central VVK created based on Military-medical management (further - VMU) the SSU (further - TsVVK);

VVK of regional bodies of the SSU created based on military-medical services (further - Naval Forces) in regional bodies of the SSU;

the hospital VVK created based on the central hospital of VMU (further - GVVK).

Regular VVK is TsVVK, all others - non-staff. The structure of non-staff VVK affirms heads of bodies, divisions, institutions of the SSU in whom Naval Forces, in coordination with the chairman of TsVVK function.

1.2. VVK are completed with doctors with clinical preparation on specialties: therapy, surgery, neurology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, psychiatry.

1.3. In case of need representatives of divisions of staffing and internal security of the SSU can be involved in participation in work of VVK, except the leading medical experts of institutions of health care of the SSU, in accordance with the established procedure in the place of creation of VVK.

1.4. VVK uses material and technical resources of institution of health care of the SSU in which it is created.

1.5. The chairman of VVK is responsible for the organization of work of VVK and legality of the decisions made by it.

1.6. Heads of the relevant functional divisions of the Central management, regional bodies and institutions of the SSU are responsible for creation of proper conditions for effective work of VVK.

1.7. VVK constitutes work plans and special training of medical personnel.

1.8. VVK annually submits in TsVVK the report for work VVK (appendix 1), data on results of medical examination of VVK of candidates for military service for the SSU, the military personnel and members of their families, the former military personnel (appendix 2), data on results of medical examination of VVK of the military personnel in case of dismissal from military service (appendix 3).

1.9. Material logistics of VVK is performed in accordance with the established procedure according to the list of tools for equipment of offices of institution of health care of the SSU when performing medical examination (appendix 4).

Chapter 2. Central VVK

2.1. TsVVK is the supreme body concerning performing medical examination in the SSU which performs methodical management of activities of other VVK. TsVVK has seal and stamp with the name.

2.2. The TsVVK organizational and regular device in accordance with the established procedure affirms the Chairman of the SSU on representation of the chief of VMU.

2.3. The chairman of TsVVK is appointed to position and dismissed by the order of the Chairman of the SSU on the representation of the chief of VMU approved with the vice-chairman of the SSU according to distribution of functional obligations.

Members of TsVVK are appointed to positions and leave from positions the chief of VMU.

Chapter 3. VVK of regional body of the SSU

3.1. VVK of regional body of the SSU is created as a part of the chairman of VVK, at least two members of VVK - doctors, and also the secretary of VVK from among faces of average medical personnel.

3.2. The head corresponding Naval Forces or his deputy is appointed the chairman of VVK of regional body of the SSU.

Chapter 4. Hospital VVK

4.1. GVVK is created in the central hospital as a part of the commission chairman, it is at least two members of the commission - doctors, and also the secretary from among faces of average medical personnel.

4.2. The deputy chief of hospital is appointed the chairman of GVVK, and the vice-chairman of GVVK one of doctors - members of the commission.

Chapter 5.

It is excluded

Section III. Organization of work of the military-medical commission

3.1. The main objectives of VVK are:

determination of suitability of person to military service in the SSU and to revenues to training in VVUZ for health reasons and physical development;

determination of possibility of accommodation abroad members of families of the military personnel for health reasons;

establishment of causal relationship of diseases, wounds, injuries and contusions at the military personnel and the former military personnel with passing of military service by them or accomplishment of obligations of military service;

establishment of causal relationship of the diseases, wounds and injuries which entailed the death of the serviceman with passing of military service or accomplishment of obligations of military service;

assessment of results of medical examination and development of offers of enhancement of its carrying out;

control of condition of treatment-and-prophylactic work in institutions of health care of the SSU concerning medical examination.

3.2. VVK in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it:

constitutes necessary medical documentation when performing medical examinations;

takes out expert opinions by results of the performed medical inspections, and also without performing medical examination (in absentia) according to medical documentation (further - the resolution);

studies and analyzes effects of treatment and results of medical examination of the military personnel, estimates influence of conditions of service on the state of health and their suitability to further military service and develops offers concerning strengthening of health of the military personnel.

3.3. The main objectives of TsVVK, except the tasks assigned to VVK are:

consideration, approval, review or cancellation of resolutions VVK;

studying and the analysis together with leading experts of institutions of health care of the SSU of effects of treatment and results of medical examination, impact assessment of conditions of service on the state of health and suitability to further service of the military personnel, development of offers concerning preserving and strengthening of their health;

implementation of methodical management concerning performing medical examination;

studying, generalization and distribution of the best practices of work on questions of medical examination;

project development of orders, instructions, methodical instructions for questions of medical examination;

job analysis of VVK and representation to the chief of VMU of reports and data on condition and results of medical examination;

organization and holding meetings and meetings for work of VVK;

organization of training of doctors for medical examination;

participation in consideration of addresses of citizens concerning medical examination, the analysis and generalization of results of this work.

3.4. TsVVK has the right:

check work of other VVK;

if necessary to direct persons to repeated medical examination in any VVK in coordination with chiefs of VMU and Management of work with staff of the SSU (further - URLS);

in case of need in coordination with the chief of VMU and chiefs of relevant organs, divisions, institutions of the SSU to call in accordance with the established procedure the military personnel for medical examination;

receive documents, necessary for pronouncement of the resolution, in relevant organs, divisions, institutions of the SSU;

interact in accordance with the established procedure with other state bodies.

3.5. The main objectives of GVVK, except accomplishment of the tasks assigned to VVK are:

control of timeliness and justification of hospitalization, completeness and quality of inspection and treatment, the prevention of the premature statement of persons who are treated, or their unreasonably long stay on treatment;

control of quality of execution of medical and expert documentation;

periodic representation to the immediate superior and chairman of TsVVK of reports on the revealed shortcomings of the organization of physical examinations and treatment.

3.6. The number of persons inspected by one VVK during the working day shall make to 25 people in peace time and to 50 человекв military.

3.7. VVK is independent in case of decision making according to the tasks assigned to it. In the work VVK is guided by the legislation of Ukraine, including this Provision.

3.8. VVK accepts resolutions jointly by vote. The resolution is accepted if most of members of VVK voted for it.

3.9. In case of disagreement of the chairman or certain members of VVK with opinion of her other members concerning the conclusions of the performed medical examination their personal opinion registers in the book of protocols of meetings of VVK (appendix 5). The protocol of meetings of VVK is signed by all her members, and the resolution VVK - the chairman and the secretary of VVK.

3.10. In case of disagreement with the resolution VVK of person who had medical examination to it additional physical examination can be appointed and repeated medical examination is performed.

The chairman of VVK explains to the candidate to revenues to training for VVUZ which does not agree with the resolution VVK the bases of its acceptance and the candidate's right within seven working days from the moment of acquaintance with the resolution VVK to file in TsVVK petition for performing medical examination of TsVVK.

The act of medical examination with materials of medical examination of the candidate based on which the resolution VVK is accepted not later than the next working day from the date of its acceptance goes to TsVVK.

The act of medical examination with materials of medical examination of the candidate based on which the resolution VVK is accepted is stored in TsVVK before completion of introductory campaign then goes to the corresponding VVK.

The statement of the candidate to revenues to training for VVUZ is the basis of performing its medical examination of TsVVK.

The resolution TsVVK can be appealed to the chief of VMU by the candidate to revenues to training for VVUZ within seven working days from the date of acquaintance with it. The claim is considered by the commission which structure is determined by the chief of VMU with involvement of chief specialists of VMU.

By results of consideration of the claim the commission makes the proved and motivated decision on leaving in force of the resolution TsVVK or cancellation of this resolution with purpose of repeated medical examination of the candidate of TsVVK. The solution of TsVVK by results of repeated medical examination is final.

Section IV. Procedure for passing of medical examination

Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. Medical examination is performed, as a rule, based on the direction on medical examination (appendix 6), the relevant division of staffing of body, division, institution of the SSU signed by the chief or person replacing it. In some cases person can personally appeal to VVK concerning need of performing medical examination.

1.2. The directions are issued:

to candidates for military service for the SSU;

to candidates to revenues to training for VVUZ;

to military personnel and members of their families.

The former military personnel concerning medical examination addresses in VVK personally.

1.3. In the direction on medical examination surname, the name, middle name, year of birth of person, military rank (in the presence), and also sort of service and the graph Raspisaniya of diseases, conditions, the physical defects determining suitability degree to military service in the SSU are entered (further - the Schedule of diseases) (appendix 7) according to which it is necessary to perform medical examination.

In the direction also the name VVUZ and the direction of training are specified medical examination of the candidate to revenues to training for VVUZ (specialization).

In the direction its family relation with the serviceman is specified medical examination of the member of the family of the serviceman.

1.4. URLS and divisions of staffing of bodies, divisions, institutions of the SSU conduct register of the directions for passing by the military personnel of the SSU of medical examination (appendix 8).

1.5. Civilians who arrived for passing of medical examination submit the following documents to VVK: the passport, the military ID (the assigned certificate), the medical book from health care institution (in the place of residence, works, training or service) with data of dynamic observation, the medical certificate (the medical professional advisory proceeding) in form No. 086/oh, data about obligatory preventive inoculations, and also materials from psychoneurological, narcological, antitubercular, venereologic dispensaries (with indication of analysis results on syphilis and HIV infection).

1.6. The military personnel who arrived for passing of medical examination submit to VVK the document confirming the relation of person to military service, the medical book with data of dynamic observation and analysis results on HIV infection.

1.7. Based on the above-stated documents in the act of medical examination (appendix 9) which is constituted when performing medical examination data on suitability of person to military service, participation in fighting, the got diseases, wounds, injuries, contusions register, and if necessary - data on the dismissal bases from military service and results of medical examination and the resolution VVK.

1.8. Before performing medical examination all members of VVK and the present specialists doctors shall be convinced that for passing of medical examination there arrived that person who is specified in the act of medical examination that is performed by verification of the identity document.

1.9. Part of the act of medical examination in which passport data are entered fills person which arrived for passing of medical examination that makes sure its personal signature. Correctness of the made records is checked by the secretary of VVK.

1.10. Sections of the act of medical examination in which medical information registers (the detailed anamnesis, data of objective inspection, the laboratory and other researches proving the established diagnosis) are filled in by specialists doctors - members of VVK.

1.11. Medical examination is performed with obligatory inspection of person by specialists doctors: the therapist, the surgeon, the neuropathologist, the otolaryngologist, the ophthalmologist, the stomatologist, the psychiatrist and in case of medical examination of VVK of children aged to 15 lettakzha the pediatrician.

1.12. During medical examination are carried out:

clinical trials of blood and urine;

blood test on RW;

blood test on antibodies to human immunodeficiency virus;

fluorographic (radiological) research of bodies of thorax (children - from 15 years) if it was not conducted or in medical documents do not have data on this research within the last 12 months;

electrocardiographical research;

biochemical blood test (sugar - after achievement of 40 years by person, bilirubin, ALT);

blood test on antigen to virus of the hepatitis "B" (HBsAg), antibody to virus of the hepatitis "C" (anti-HCV).

Women are without fail inspected by the gynecologist.

If necessary both other functional and laboratory examinations are conducted.

1.13. Persons who are accepted on military service to positions of transport drivers divers, and also the faces having medical examination of VVK according to columns II and VI of the Schedule of diseases are subject to research of function of vestibular mechanism.

According to the column VI, besides, the veloergometriya or the tredmil-test, fibrogastroduodenoskopiya, ultrasound examination of abdominal organs and heart are surely carried out.

1.14. Persons who have medical examination in the presence of indications go to other specialists (the phthisiatrician, the endocrinologist, the urologist, etc.), and also for the additional physical examinations necessary for reliable diagnosis of diseases.

1.15. During medical examination of separate categories of the military personnel in case of absence in this Provision of necessary requirements to condition of their health the indicators determined by the Schedule of diseases and the column VI of the List of the diseases, conditions and physical defects determining suitability degree to flight work and flight training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, by the Regulations on military-medical examination in the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of 14.08.2008 No. 402, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.11.2008 for No. 1109/15800 are applied.

1.16. If in case of medical examination at person sharp diseases (exacerbation of chronic diseases) come to light, the resolution VVK concerning it is issued after the end of treatment taking into account its results.

1.17. Data of medical examination are entered in the act of medical examination. GVVK does not draw up statements of medical examination of VVK, and writes down the resolutions in the clinical record and medical books of patients.

1.18. Each specialist doctor of VVK takes out the diagnosis with the conclusion with reference to the relevant article and graphs Raspisaniya of diseases and date of medical examination that is confirmed by its personal signature.

1.19. In the final diagnosis of the act of medical examination all diseases and physical defects found in person including in cases when they do not influence determination of its suitability to military service in the SSU are specified. At the same time the diagnosis of disease most of which influences suitability of person to military service registers the first.

1.20. The diagnosis is formulated according to classification of diseases with indication of form, stage, extent of functional violations, compensation condition on the date of medical examination.

1.21. Statements from medical documents are attached to the act of medical examination, the conclusions of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions about the state of health of person having medical examination medical and office characteristics, references and other documents which characterize the state of health of person and became the basis for pronouncement of the resolution VVK.

1.22. The statement from the clinical record of person is sealed institutions of health care of the SSU and attached to the act of medical examination of VVK which issues the decree on suitability of the candidate to military service for the SSU or to revenues to training in VVUZ taking into account data on the state of health and physical development of person.

1.23. The conclusions of institutions of health care, and also specialists doctors and consultants who are not part of VVK are additional data and VVK in case of decision making can be considered.

1.24. The medical documents provided by candidates for military service for the SSU and the military personnel who characterize condition of their health and in which availability or absence of diseases is specified are not the basis for release of these persons from passing of medical examination.

1.25. In case of medical examination of the serviceman the method of individual assessment of suitability in the SSU is applied to military service in each case. VVK considers specialty, the professional training level, experience, age, the actual working capacity, education, opinion of management of relevant organ, division, institution of the SSU, the doctor, wish of the serviceman concerning its use on service most of which of all corresponds to state of his health.

1.26. Based on acts of medical examination of the resolution VVK are drawn up by references of VVK (appendix 10) which are transferred to divisions of staffing of bodies, divisions, institutions of the SSU together with expert opinions by results of expert and psychological researches (in case of carrying out).

1.27. Medical examination of the military personnel (faces of the private and the commanding structure), candidates for military service in other army forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine is performed according to the procedure, provided by this Provision, according to prisoners with these army forming and law enforcement agencies agreements.

Chapter 2. Medical examination of candidates for military service for the SSU

2.1. Prior to passing of medical examination of division of staffing of bodies, divisions, the institutions of the SSU sending to VVK of candidates for military service for the SSU inform them on the list of documents which it is necessary to provide VVK for passing of medical examination.

2.2. Candidates for military service for the SSU have medical examination in peace time according to the Section "candidates for service", and in wartime - according to the Section "military personnel" of the Schedule of diseases.

2.3. If the candidate for military service for the SSU passed military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or in other army forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine earlier, in the direction it is specified medical examination when and on what basis he was discharged from military service. If the candidate for military service for the SSU was discharged from military service for health reasons at the time of performing medical examination, it represents the copy of the certificate on disease (the reference of VVK) to VVK.

2.4. If in the direction for passing of medical examination it is specified that person goes for medical examination for the purpose of its recovery on military service in the SSU or face of officers (the commanding structure) it is translated for further passing of military service to the SSU from other army forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine, the decree VVK is issued according to the Section "military personnel" of the Schedule of diseases.

2.5. The candidate for military service for the SSU to whom restriction of suitability or unfitness to military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine was earlier for health reasons set can be directed to medical examination only after repeated medical examination in the place of military accounting (on condition of recognition its suitable for military service).

2.6. The decree on suitability of the candidate for military service for the SSU is issued according to Articles of the Schedule of diseases according to the column specified in the direction according to the Section "candidates for service".

2.7. In wartime the resolution VVK on suitability of the candidate for military service for the SSU is accepted according to Articles of the Schedule of diseases on one of columns according to the Section "military personnel".

Chapter 3. Medical examination of candidates to revenues to training for VVUZ

3.1. Candidates to revenues to training for VVUZ have medical examination of VVK of regional body of the SSU. The candidates registered in the city of Kiev or Kiev region have medical examination of TsVVK. Medical examination of specified persons is performed in March of year of revenues to training in VVUZ.

Before carrying out estimation of level of physical fitness candidates to revenues to training for VVUZ have examination by the therapist of Naval Forces of National academy SSU or Management of the SSU in the Kharkiv region.

If during this survey at the candidate are revealed:

the signs of diseases which are interfering accomplishment of exercises by results of which the level of his physical fitness is determined, but not influencing its suitability to revenues to training in VVUZ - the date of accomplishment by the candidate of these exercises is postponed;

signs of diseases which can affect its suitability to revenues to training in VVUZ - the candidate goes for repeated medical examination in TsVVK or VVK Naval Forces of Management of the SSU in the Kharkiv region.

3.2. Candidates to revenues to training for VVUZ at which the disease which on corresponding the graph Raspisaniya of diseases provides individual determination of suitability of candidates is revealed are recognized unsuitable to training VVUZ.

3.3. Resolutions VVK are accepted according to columns of the Schedule of diseases depending on the VVUZ profile and the training (specialization) in the Section "candidates for military service" specified in the direction of the direction.

3.4. Resolutions VVK on the military personnel who arrives on training in VVUZ in extramural studies and also in postgraduate study or doctoral studies in case of VVUZ, are accepted according to columns of the Schedule of diseases depending on profile of faculty according to the Section "military personnel".

3.5. The military personnel at whom the disease which on corresponding the graph Raspisaniya of diseases provides individual determination of suitability of the military personnel is revealed are recognized suitable for training VVUZ.

3.6. The military personnel who goes to rates of retraining or advanced training to VVUZ for a period of up to six months have medical examination of institution of health care of the SSU by the medical and advisory commission (further - VKK).

3.7. Results of medical examination of such persons are drawn up by the reference of VKK and brought in their medical books.

3.8. In case of the direction of persons on rates of retraining or advanced training in VVUZ for the term of over six months they have medical examination in VVK.

3.9. The act of medical examination with materials of medical examination of the candidate based on which the decree VVK on unfitness of the candidate to revenues to training for VVUZ is issued not later than the next working day from the date of adoption of the resolution goes to TsVVK for consideration and approval of the resolution VVK.

TsVVK considers the received medical documents and in three-day time makes the decision on approval of the resolution VVK or on its return to the corresponding VVK with indication of specific circumstances of its discrepancy to materials of medical examination or questions which are not found out, for carrying out additional physical examination of the candidate, clarification of the specified questions and adoption of the new resolution.

3.10. Excluded

Chapter 4. Medical examination of cadets of VVUZ

4.1. Medical examination of cadets of VVUZ perform TsVVK or VVK Naval Forces of Management of the SSU in the Kharkiv region for the purpose of determination of their suitability to training continuation. The head of Naval Forces in the location of VVUZ submits necessary medical documents of cadets of VVUZ in the relevant commission and personally takes part in work of the relevant commission.

4.2. Concerning cadets of VVUZ recognized unsuitable to further training TsVVK or VVK Naval Forces of Management of the SSU in the Kharkiv region at the same time considers question of suitability them to military service according to the corresponding columns of the Schedule of diseases.

4.3. In case of essential changes in the state of health of the cadet of TsVVK or VVK Naval Forces of Management of the SSU in the Kharkiv region accepts the resolution on need for release it from accomplishment of obligations of military service or about need of the direction in medical leave. The resolution on suitability of the cadet of VVUZ to further training and about its suitability to military service according to the corresponding columns of the Schedule of diseases is accepted in the presence of the bases after the termination of term of release from accomplishment of obligations of military service or after return from medical leave.

4.4. Resolutions TsVVK or VVK Naval Forces of Management of the SSU in the Kharkiv region concerning cadets during all term of training are taken out according to columns of the Schedule of diseases taking into account the VVUZ profile.

Chapter 5. Medical examination of the military personnel

5.1. The military personnel (including being at the disposal of the corresponding chiefs) goes for medical examination according to the decision of the chief of relevant organ, division, institution of the SSU in case:

movements on service;

age achievements of limit of stay on military service;

the directions in long foreign business trips;

receipts in VVUZ;

essential deterioration in the state of health;

dismissals from military service;

long stay on treatment.

5.2. In case of the direction of the military personnel and members of their families for determination for health reasons possibilities of passing of military service (accommodation) abroad are specified medical examination climatic conditions of the place of future military service (place of residence).

5.3. In case of the direction of the serviceman for passing of medical examination in connection with dismissal from military service the last is exempted from accomplishment of obligations of military service for the term, necessary for its passing.

5.4. Performing medical examination of VVK is performed within seven working days. In need of carrying out additional physical examinations (consultations) this term can be prolonged. The decision concerning prolongation of term of performing medical examination is made by the doctor in coordination with the chairman of VVK.

5.5. The military personnel shall report on the immediate superior on prolongation of term of passing of medical examination, and after its termination to receive the reference of the doctor with information on the actual term of its passing and the reasons of prolongation. The reference of the doctor within three working days is given in division of staffing of body, division, the institution of the SSU which directed the serviceman to medical examination.

5.6. Shop (district police officers) doctors of institutions of health care of the SSU in case of need participate in meetings of VVK and VVK report on the state of health of the serviceman, availability at it of diseases and their possible influence on accomplishment of obligations of military service by it, expressing the opinion of rather possible expert opinions.

If VVK after the performed medical examination cannot accept the resolution, it sends the serviceman to the corresponding institution of health care of the SSU for inspection in the conditions of hospital with the subsequent medical examination of GVVK or corresponding VVK and accepts the resolution VVK on materials of additional inspection.
