About monitoring of trading activities on import and value chain in domestic trade

For the purpose of balancing of sales prices of goods in the domestic market the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The mechanism of monitoring of trading activities on import and value chain in domestic trade according to appendix No. 1;

The list of the imported goods which are subject to monitoring according to appendix No. 2;

staff of the Commission on monitoring of trading activities on import and value chain in domestic trade according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine that in case of release of members of the commission on monitoring from posts of their obligation as a part of the Commission persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of other order of the Government will carry out.

3. Provisions of this Resolution do not extend to determination of customs value of trading activities.

4. Declare invalid:

The order of the Government No. 870 of August 3, 2007. "About monitoring of trading activities on import" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126, of the Art. 906);

The order of the Government No. 242 of March 3, 2008. "About approval of changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government No. 870 of August 3, 2007" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 55-56, of the Art. 336).

5. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on mister Vyacheslav Negruts, the Minister of Finance.
