1. Approve the enclosed Operating procedure of customs authorities with the guarantee agreements signed within general agreements, the guarantee between FCS of Russia and guarantors in case of internal and international customs transit (further - the Procedure).

2. To head department of the federal customs income and tariff regulation (B. V. Shkurkin):

a) inform customs authorities of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of FCS of Russia with guarantors of general guarantee agreements on providing customs payment with persons transporting goods in case of internal and international customs transit (further - General guarantee agreements), and also on their termination;

b) draw up for signing and approval guarantee agreements with guarantors with whom FCS of Russia signs General guarantee agreements without approval of Legal department if they correspond to the form attached to the Procedure and consist in limits of the providing provided by the guarantor in FCS of Russia.
