1. Approve the standard form of the Report on collection on improvement of the settlements located in border area and having customs (customs posts) for crossing of customs border (The TAL form 10), according to appendix No. 1 to the provided order.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling and submission of the report on collection on improvement of the settlements located in border area and having customs (customs posts) for crossing of customs border (The TAL form 10), according to appendix No. 2 to the provided order.

3. From the date of publication of the provided order to exclude:

- subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of the Order GGNI No. 21 of February 2, 2006;

- part 12 of Item 1.1 the phrase "TAL 06" from the text of the subitem

2.2.1 Item 2. 2, subitem 3.2.2 of Item 3.2 and part 2 of subitem 4.2.1 of Item 4.2 of the Instruction on procedure for filling and submission of reports on the local charges provided by the Section VII of the Tax code, approved by the Order GGNI No. 79 of April 28, 2006.
