About approval of the standard form of the Report on collection for use of highways of the cars registered in the Republic of Moldova, and the Instruction about procedure for its filling and representation

Due to the changes made in the Section IX of the Tax code by the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 108-XVIII of December 17 2009, and for the purpose of ensuring execution of provisions of Art. 187 of the Tax code I ORDER:

1. Approve the standard form of the Report on collection for use of highways of the cars registered in the Republic of Moldova (The TFD form 10), according to appendix No. 1 to the provided order.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for filling and submission of the Report on collection for use of highways of the cars registered in the Republic of Moldova (The TFD form 10), according to appendix No. 2 to the provided order.

3. From the date of publication of the provided order to exclude subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Order GGNI No. 289 of June 7, 2007.

4. The report on collection for use of highways of the cars registered in the Republic of Moldova (TFD form 10), the approved item 1 of this order, to represent to territorial state tax authorities since tax period of 2010.

5. To territorial state tax authorities to inform taxpayers - subjects of this collection about provisions of the provided order and to provide them with free of charge corresponding forms.

6. To department of the secretariat and protocol (Mrs. L. Kiriyazeva) the provided order to inform territorial state tax authorities.
