About approval of the Regulations on territorial authorities of the State housing-and-municipal inspection

According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the State housing-and-municipal inspection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.09.2008 N 798 and for the purpose of establishment of the legal basis of activities of territorial authorities of the State housing-and-municipal inspection I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on territorial authorities of the State housing-and-municipal inspection which are applied.

2. (O. V. Mazurchak) together with Legal management of Minzhilkommunkhoz (I. I. Krylov) to provide to the state housing-and-municipal inspection provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. The state housing-and-municipal inspection (O. V. Mazurchak) to bring this order to permission of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations for further bringing to permission of local executive bodies and local government bodies.

4. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister - the chief of the State housing-and-municipal inspection O. V. Mazurchak.
