In pursuance of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About architectural activities", item 4 of the Procedure for passing of professional certification of executives in charge of the separate work types connected with creation of objects of architecture, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 11.02.2009 of N 79, I ORDER:

1. Approve Qualification requirements to executives in charge of the separate work types connected with creation of objects of architecture who are applied.

2. To management of town-planning and architecture (Silenko M. V.):

submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

after state registration to bring the order to permission of National union of architects of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Negoda V. A.
