1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine of 28.09.2009 No. 393 "About approval of Qualification requirements to executives in charge of the separate work types connected with creation of objects of architecture", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.02. 2010 for No. 135/17430.
2. To department of normative legal regulation (Tatarintseva M. A.) together with Department of state programs and development of housing construction (Nepomnyashchy A. N.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Isayenko D. V.
