About approval of the Technical regulation of provision of services on transportation of passengers and loads by rail

According to article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About standards," the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides technical regulations and assessment procedures of compliance:

1. Approve the Technical regulation of provision of services on transportation of passengers and loads by rail and the actions plan on its application which are applied.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Transport and Communications application of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution and control of observance of its requirements.

1. This technical regulation determines requirements to provision of services by transportation of passengers and loads by rail, the procedure of evaluating compliance to such requirements and is developed taking into account requirements:

Directives 91/440/EU of the EU Council of July 29, 1991 about development of railway roads of the Commonwealth;

Directives 95/18/EU of the EU Council of June 19, 1995 about licensing of the companies of rail transport;

Directives 96/49/EU of the EU Council of July 23, 1996 about approach of the laws of state members on transportation of dangerous goods by the railroad, with changes;
