1. Approve Regulations on the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 19, 2010 No. 30
1. This Provision determines the main objectives, functions and powers of the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Fund) by implementation of appointment, financing, accounting and monitoring of pension payment, social benefits, compensation and other payments, accumulation of the target financial resources directed to the specified purposes.
2. The fund is subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in the activities is accountable to the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chairman of the Supervisory board of Fund.
