For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Consider official publication:

1) the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic, state bodies, authorized to publish regulatory legal acts according to acts of delegation of rule-making powers:

a) in the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership";

b) on official websites of the specified state bodies;

2) regulatory legal acts of representative bodies of local self-government, and also executive bodies of local self-government, authorized to publish regulatory legal acts according to acts of delegation of rule-making powers:

a) in the corresponding printing editions determined by representative bodies of local self-government from among printing editions, the most widespread in the territory of the ayylny aimag, city, area, the area which was registered in accordance with the established procedure or in special places of review (boards, stands) determined by representative body of local self-government;

b) on the official website of local government body or local public administration, or the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the respective area, or authorized state body for local self-government.

a) in the "Regulations of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" magazine;
