b) on official websites of the specified state bodies, except for websites of state bodies, authorized to publish regulatory legal acts according to acts of delegation of rule-making powers;

2) regulatory legal acts of representative bodies of local self-government:

a) in the corresponding printing editions determined by representative bodies of local self-government from among printing editions, the most widespread in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit;
