Approve the price list "The Prices of the Precious Metals in Products and Scrap Which Are Bought Up at Physical Persons (except Purchase and Sale of Precious Metals by the Banking and Non-bank Credit and Financial Organizations in the form of Measuring Ingots and Coins at Physical Persons), Delivered in State Fund" according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2009 No. 151 "About price fixation on the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons (except purchase and sale of precious metals by the banking and non-bank credit and financial organizations in the form of measuring ingots and coins at physical persons), delivered in State fund" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 2, 8/21746).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 4, 2010.
