In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.10.2003 N 1209/2003 "About measures for increase in efficiency of activities of Customs Service of Ukraine", according to Articles 91, 93 Customs codes of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management" and "About the digital signature", for the purpose of operating time of paperless technologies of customs control and customs clearance of goods and vehicles, simplification of customs procedures when moving goods through customs border of Ukraine, harmonization of technologies of customs control with appropriate technologies of the European states I ORDER:

1. Make from 12.05.2010 till 12.06.2010 experiment on simplification of customs procedures when importing to customs area of Ukraine (including for the purpose of transit) goods concerning which measures of guaranteeing the goods delivery in the form of provision of guarantees to customs authorities by independent financial intermediaries using guarantee documents exclusively in electronic form are applied.

2. Before carrying out experiment to involve such independent financial intermediaries who have appropriate authority from State Customs Service and expressed consent to participation in it:

Complete society "Welt P.M.S.G. Guarantor service".
