c) execution of jurisdictional requirements instead of the defective debtor;

d) implementation of other actions constituting enforcement proceeding.

1.2. Are established by this Code:

a) value of the terms applied in the legislation on enforcement proceeding;

b) functions of the state or other body (organization), authorized to perform enforcement proceeding;

c) basic rules of enforcement proceeding.

1.3. The legislation on enforcement proceeding is based on the principles of observance of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, and also on other conventional principles and rules of international law.

Article 2. The terms applied in the legislation on enforcement proceeding
