In execution of requirements of Article 20 parts (1) and (2) the Law No. 590-XIII of September 22, 1995 on standardization, with subsequent changes and amendments (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 11, the Art. 116) and articles 3 part (4) Item and) the Law No. 422-XVI of December 22, 2006 on general safety of products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, 145) I ORDER to No. 36-38, of the Art.:
1. Approve lists of national standards according to appendices No. 1, of 2, of 3, 4 these orders on the basis of which before entry into force of the corresponding technical regulations assessment of conformity and supervision of products will be exercised, domestic and imported, placed in the domestic market.
2. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication.
3. Control over execution of this order is imputed obligation of management of standardization, technical regulation and assessments of conformity (Mrs. Nona Luskalova).
