I. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes procedure for preparation, approval and approval of engineering designs of development of the mineral deposits and other project documentation on performance of works connected with use of subsoil plots (further - the project documentation), by types of minerals and types of use of natural resources, except for the project documentation on development of technologies of geological studying, exploration and production of hardly removable minerals.
