To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation with participation of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology till April 1, 2010 to develop and approve the list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity to the requirements provided by the list approved by this Resolution.
3. Determine that:
the applicant has the right to choose independently the mode of technical regulation according to which assessment of conformity to the mandatory requirements provided by the list approved by this Resolution, or Item 1 of article 46 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" will be performed;
