According to Articles 6, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 N 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" ORDER:
2. To management of licensing and financial and legal providing Committee on control of drugs (Nikolyuk D. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To the vice-chairman of Committee on control of drugs (Matyushko E. M.) provide the publication of this order in mass media.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Yurchenko V. D.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors", the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", Procedure for licensing of the activities connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.12.2007 N 1387 (further - the Procedure for licensing).
Licensed conditions are list of organizational, qualification and other special requirements to the activities connected with cultivation of the plants included in the table I of the List of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.05.2000 N 770 (further - the List), development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine, use, destruction of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors included in the specified List (further - the activities connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors).
1.2. Accomplishment of Licensed conditions is obligatory for subjects of managing which grants licenses for activities, connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
Action of these Licensed conditions extends to all subjects of managing registered in the procedure established by the legislation as legal entities, irrespective of their form of business and pattern of ownership (further - the subject of managing).
1.3. Licensing of the activities connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors performs Committee on control of drugs (further - Committee) according to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" taking into account the features determined by the Law of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" and according to Procedure for licensing.
1.4. The terms provided in these Licensed conditions are used in the value determined by the Laws of Ukraine "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors", "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".
2.1. For receipt of the license the subject of managing which intends to carry out the activities connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, personally or through the body authorized by it or person submits to Committee the application for licensing in form according to appendix 1.
