1. Approve the Procedure for issue of approval for receipt of the export license and import of ozone-depleting substances and products which contain them it (is applied).

2. To provide to department of protection of atmospheric air and state environmental monitoring reception of applications, registration and issue of approvals for export and import of ozone-depleting substances and to products which contain them, and letters explanations if products do not contain ozone-depleting substances.

3. To provide to republican committee of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on protection of the surrounding environment, Public administration of protection of the surrounding environment in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol reception of applications, registration and issue to subjects of managing which are registered in the respective regions, letters explanations if products do not contain ozone-depleting substances, under contracts (agreements) which total cost does not exceed 300 thousand UAH.
