About measures for further enhancement of activities of the design and survey organizations of the republic
For the purpose of radical improvement of system of the organization of the architectural layout and implementation of complex building of the territories of the republic, first of all rural settlements, the Cabinet of Ministers decides improvement of quality of the developed projects, and also enhancement of the organization of activities and strengthening of material and technical resources of the leading design and survey organizations of the republic:
1. Accept the offer of Gosarkhitektstroy, Ministry of Economics, State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and general meetings of shareholders (participants) of the relevant design and survey organizations about:
reorganization by merge of the design and survey organizations UZLITTI Ltd and JSC Toshuyzhoyloyikha and formation of the design and survey organization JSC Toshuyzhoyliti;
reorganization by merge of the design and survey organizations Donloyikha LLC and Uzmevasabzavot-uzumsanoatloyikha LLC and formation of the design and survey organization Uzagrosanoatloyikha LLC;
reorganization by merge of the design and survey organizations JSC Uzrangmetloyikha and SUE UZGEOTEKHLITI and formation of the design and survey organization SUE UZGEORANGMETLITI;
reorganization by merge of the design and survey organizations ZPLITI Ltd and SUE O'ZGASHK and formation of the design and survey organization SUE UZGASHKLITI;
transformation of JSC Uzshakharsozlikliti to the state unitary enterprise;
the main directions of specialization of the design and survey organizations for the list, newly created as a result of reorganization, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that the Ministry of construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan is founder SUE Uzshakharsozlikliti and SUE UZGASHKLITI.
