For the purpose of rendering one-time financial support to families of the dead and to injured citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad, the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Public registration service to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic lists of dead and injured of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, including military personnel and law enforcement officers of the Kyrgyz Republic as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- find and allocate to the State agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic necessary funds from the republican budget for payment of one-time financial support:
to families of the died citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, including families of the military personnel and law enforcement officers of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Item 1 of this resolution - on 1000000 (one million) som;
