1. Approve the Methodical instructions "About Procedure for Indexation of the Sizes of Pension of the Military Personnel since January 1, 2010".

3. To provide to heads of regional bodies of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- by results of the carried-out recalculation of the pensions granted under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel" according to these Methodical instructions for indexation of the granted pensions to provide written information in Department of the analysis and reporting behind pension payment of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic by April 15, 2010.

4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic Nusupbekov K. Ch.
