3. To management of systematization of the legislation and legal information (S. Nureyev) and to Management of notariate, the REGISTRY OFFICE and legal professions (D. Yakubov) to provide finishing this regulatory legal act within 10 days to data of all interested persons and publication to "Uzbekistan to Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of tuplama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
4. To management of notariate, the REGISTRY OFFICE and legal professions (D. Yakubov) in April, May, 2010 together with notaries to hold the seminars devoted to questions of application of the Instruction of procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries.
5. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2010.
