About procedure for the message of data on state registration of death in territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance
According to article 12 of the Federal law "About Acts of Civil Status" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that the head of body of civil registration within one month from the date of state registration of death shall report in territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance for the location of the specified body of the data on state registration of death for the form approved by Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund in coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
2. If state registration of death is made by the body of civil registration located outside the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation which was the residence of the dead, the territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance which received the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution of the data reports these data in territorial fund of compulsory medical insurance for the residence of the specified person within 5 days from the date of their obtaining.
