1. Establish:
- for the subscribers living in severe, adverse climatic conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones, compensation in the amount of 50 percent in case of payment for use of electrical energy on domestic needs within the following regulations of consumption:
in summertime, from May 1 to October 1 - of 100 kWh of the electric power a month;
in winter time, from October 1 to May 1 - of 220 kWh of the electric power a month;
- the cost of food of pupils of 1-4 classes of the comprehensive schools located in severe, adverse climatic conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones at the rate of 10 som a day on 1 pupil - since September 1, 2010.
2. Approve Regulations on compensation payment procedure to the subscribers living in severe, adverse climatic conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones of the Kyrgyz Republic for the consumed electric power in connection with change of tariff policy on energy carriers according to appendix 1.
