For the purpose of streamlining of activities of the legal entities rendering paid services in temporary storage of vehicles, and also decides improvement of quality of these services Cabinet of Ministers:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure of activities for rendering paid services in temporary storage of vehicles according to the appendix N 1.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:
in week time to approve the extreme sizes of service fee on temporary storage of vehicles;
in a month together with the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out inventory count of all places of temporary storage of vehicles on which the corresponding paid services are rendered and to take measures for ensuring reduction by business entities of the activities in the field of rendering this type of paid services in compliance with requirements of the approved Regulations on procedure of activities for rendering services in temporary storage of vehicles.
3. Determine that since May 1, 2010 implementation by legal entities of activities for rendering paid services in temporary storage of vehicles without decision of executive body on places about provision of the parcel of land for the specified purpose is equated to implementation of types of activity without allowing documents and involves application of the responsibility measures established by the legislation.
To bodies of the State Tax Service to establish tough control of activities of the legal entities rendering paid services in temporary storage of vehicles.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendix N 2.
