Approve form of the act of customs authority of detection of the fact of failure to pay or incomplete customs payment (further - the Act) (appendix N 1) and the Procedure for creation of the act of customs authority of detection of the fact of failure to pay or incomplete customs payment (further - procedure) (appendix N 2).

2. To provide to chiefs of customs authorities observance of procedure and terms of creation of the Act according to Item 3 of Article 350 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy head of FCS of Russia V. M. Malinin.
