Article 1. Approve the following sizes of the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget for 2010-2012:

Article 2. Declare invalid the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 2, 2009 "About the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 23, the Art. 110).
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2010.
