Article 1. Approve the following sizes of the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget for 2011-2013:

Article 2. Declare invalid the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 8, 2010 "About the guaranteed transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 7, the Art. 30).
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
