Regulations of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

I. General provisions

1. These Regulations according to the Decree No. 1 of April 7, 2010 establish procedure for the organization and activities of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The provisional government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Provisional Government) is the collegiate organ resolving all issues of public administration, including the powers referred by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic to competence of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Activities of Provisional Government are based on the principles of legality, collective nature, publicity and openness, providing rights and freedoms of man and citizen, responsibility for the activities to the people and are performed according to the Constitution, the laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and these Regulations.
