About approval of document forms for application of simplified taxation system

For the purpose of realization of provisions of Article 346.13 of Chapter 26.2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 2000, N 32, Art. 3340; 2005, N 30 (1 h), Art. 3112; 2007, N 1 (1 h), Art. 31; 2007, N 23, 2691) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve;

1.1. The recommended N 26.2-1 form "Statement for transition to simplified taxation system" according to the appendix N 1 to this order;

1.2. The recommended N 26.2-2 form "Message on loss of the right to application of simplified taxation system" according to the appendix N 2 to this order;

1.3. The recommended N 26.2-3 form "Notification on refusal of application of simplified taxation system" according to the appendix N 3 to this order;

1.4. The N 26.2-4 form "The message on discrepancy to requirements of application of simplified taxation system" according to the appendix N 4 to this order;

1.5. The N 26.2-5 form "Message on impossibility of consideration of the application on transition to simplified taxation system" according to the appendix N 5 to this order;

1.6. The recommended N 26.2-6 form "The notification on change of the taxation object" according to the appendix N 6 to this order;

1.7. The Information letter N 26.2-7 form according to the appendix N 7 to this order.

2. To Offices of the Federal Tax Service in subjects of the Russian Federation to bring this order to subordinate tax authorities and taxpayers.

3. Recommend to taxpayers to apply the document forms attached to this order in practical work.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Russian Federation of 19.09.2002 of N VG-3-22/495 "About approval of document forms for application of simplified taxation system", in edition of the order of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of Russia of 07.07.2004 of N SAE-3-22/414 @, orders of FNS of Russia of 17.08.2005 of N MM-3-22/395 @ and of 02.09.2005 N SAE-3-22/421 @.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of the Federal Tax Service S. N. Shulgin.
